Our cancellation fees vary based on when you cancel relative to your scheduled arrival date:
If you fail to arrive on your scheduled check-in date without prior notification, you will be considered a "no-show" and charged the equivalent of the full reservation amount.
If you check-out prior to your scheduled departure date, you may be charged for the remainder of your reserved stay, depending on the specific circumstances and notice provided.
During special event periods, peak seasons, or holidays, modified cancellation policies may apply. These will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
Some promotional rates or special offers may be designated as "non-refundable." These reservations cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded, regardless of the circumstances.
In the event of circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters, acts of government, etc.), modified cancellation policies may apply. These will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
